Draft, pending legal review. These terms describe how M/S VEDICWE intends to sell digital ebooks and physical ritual goods. They are not a substitute for legal advice and should be confirmed before they are treated as final.

These terms govern use of vedicwe.com and purchases from M/S VEDICWE.

The contract

The site is operated by M/S VEDICWE, a partnership firm, GSTIN 09ACIFM5418N1ZN, at Prince Vihar, Delhi Road, near Choudhary Tent House, Hasanpur, Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh 247001, India. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

Products and prices

We sell digital ebooks and, when a product page says so, physical ritual and wellness goods. The price shown on the product page is the price for that offer, in the currency shown there: Indian rupees, US dollars, Canadian dollars, or euros. That is the amount charged. International cards may see bank foreign-exchange fees that VedicWe does not collect. Ask us if you need a GST invoice. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is listed in error, is unavailable, or the payment is not confirmed. Placing an item in the bag does not reserve it.

Digital purchases

The 7-Chakra Reset is bought on its product page. Razorpay collects the payment for M/S VEDICWE, which remains the seller. After the payment is confirmed, the site shows a time-limited download link for the PDF. A confirmation email is not sent, because email delivery is not set up. Save the link. Delivery, cancellation and refunds are described in the shipping policy and the refund and cancellation policy.

Editorial and wellness writing

Journal articles and product descriptions distinguish traditional practice from established evidence. They are educational. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a promise to treat, cure or prevent any condition.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your password private. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit another person’s information without their permission. We may suspend an account that is used in a way that harms the site or other people.

Liability

We take care to describe products accurately. To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for loss that was not a foreseeable result of our breach, or for problems caused by a checkout or delivery provider after we have handed the matter to them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer right to bring a claim elsewhere.
