Information used by the website
Cloudflare hosts this website, its database and media. Requests involve technical information such as IP address, browser information and requested URLs. Account registration stores your email and a password hash; optional profile fields include name, mobile number, city, interests and ritual goal. Sessions use a secure cookie lasting up to 30 days. Google sign-in, when used, supplies account identity information.
Analytics and advertising
Google Analytics 4 measures page visits, browser and device information, referral sources and interactions such as journal scroll depth, sign-in prompts, product views and checkout steps. A completed ebook purchase is recorded once for that order, with the order id, the amount paid and the currency of that payment. Those commerce events include the product name, price and currency. They are not joined to your account. Google uses cookies and processes request information, including IP addresses, to provide analytics. Sign-in prompt dismissals are stored in your browser. Site search records the search query and result count. Avoid entering private information into search fields or URLs. You can restrict cookies using browser settings, clear stored site data, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out extension; blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in.
When a Meta pixel identifier is configured, the site loads the Meta pixel for advertising measurement. It records a page view, a product view, the opening of Razorpay Checkout, and a purchase. The purchase uses the order id so the browser event and a server event can be recognised as the same purchase. After a payment is confirmed, the site may send Meta a purchase through the Conversions API. That event can include the order id, the amount and currency, a SHA-256 hash of the email address, a SHA-256 hash of the phone number when one was provided, the IP address, the browser user agent, and the Meta cookies _fbp and _fbc when the browser sent them. Card numbers are not included. Nothing is sent to Meta when the pixel identifier or the Conversions API token is absent. How Meta handles information it receives is described in the Meta privacy policy.
Messages and purchases
The contact form sends your name, email address and message to FormSubmit for delivery to vedicwe@gmail.com, hosted by Google Gmail. FormSubmit uses spam protection, including Google reCAPTCHA. See FormSubmit’s privacy notice and Google’s privacy notice. Emailing us directly also sends your message through email providers.
Buying The 7-Chakra Reset collects your name, email address and, if you enter it, phone number, plus the order amount. Payment is processed by Razorpay. Card and UPI details are entered in Razorpay Checkout, not in the VedicWe form, and are handled under Razorpay’s privacy notice. We store the order, the payment reference and the download link’s expiry. Other account and order flows may store contact, shipping and order details to provide the requested service. Do not send card details through the contact form.
While the ebook is paused, the product page can save your email and, if you enter it, your name, so we can write when the improved edition is ready. That list is not used for other marketing.
Access, retention and requests
Information is used to operate accounts, respond to enquiries, provide requested services, maintain security and understand site use. Providers may process information outside your country. Retention depends on the service, account needs and applicable obligations; no fixed deletion schedule is promised here. To request access, correction or deletion, contact vedicwe@gmail.com. We may need to verify account ownership and explain any records that must be retained.
