Refunds and cancellation

Draft, pending legal review. These terms describe how M/S VEDICWE intends to sell digital ebooks and physical ritual goods. They are not a substitute for legal advice and should be confirmed before they are treated as final.

Digital ebooks

You may ask us to cancel a digital ebook order before the file has been delivered. Email vedicwe@gmail.com with the email used at checkout. Once the file has been delivered, we refund the price you paid if the file is missing, will not open, or is not the edition described on the product page. We resend the file first when that solves the problem. A change of mind after you have received the file is not a ground for a refund, because the digital product has already been supplied.

Physical goods

When a physical product is offered, you may cancel it before we hand it to the carrier for a refund of the amount paid, including any shipping charge collected for that order. After delivery, you may return an unused item in its original condition within 7 days of delivery. Email us within that period to arrange the return. If you changed your mind, you pay the cost of sending it back. If we sent the wrong item, a damaged item, or an item that does not match the product page, we refund the product price and the shipping you paid, and we cover the reasonable cost of the return.

Tell us about damage or a wrong item within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the item and the packaging.

How a refund is paid

Approved refunds are sent through Razorpay to the original payment method, in the currency of that payment. We aim to start the refund within 7 business days of approval. Razorpay, the bank, or the card network may take further time to show it on your statement. International cards may see bank foreign-exchange fees that VedicWe does not collect. A refund does not include fees charged by your bank. We do not refund to a different account unless the original method cannot receive it.
