Delivery

Shipping policy

Draft, pending legal review. These terms describe how M/S VEDICWE intends to sell digital ebooks and physical ritual goods. They are not a substitute for legal advice and should be confirmed before they are treated as final.

Digital ebooks

The 7-Chakra Reset is a digital file. It is not posted or shipped. Razorpay collects the payment on the product page. After that payment is confirmed, the success page shows a download link that works for 7 days. A confirmation email is not sent, because email delivery is not set up. Save the link. If the file does not download or will not open, email vedicwe@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout.

Physical goods

Physical products are shipped only when a product page says they are available to order. VedicWe currently publishes the digital ebook as its live product. We do not promise a dispatch date for goods that are not yet offered.

When a physical product is offered, delivery is within India to a serviceable PIN code. The shipping charge and an estimated delivery window are shown before you pay. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival times. We do not ship outside India unless a product page says that an international offer is available.

Your address

Please check the delivery address before paying. If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address or phone number is incomplete, we will contact you at the email used for the order. Reshipping may require an additional shipping charge.

Questions about an order can be sent to vedicwe@gmail.com. See also the refund and cancellation policy.
